1. General Provisions

These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("Player," "User," or "you") and jlfff7 ("jlfff7," "we," "us," or "our"), the operator of the online gaming platform accessible at jlfff7.cam ("Platform" or "Website"). These Terms govern all aspects of your relationship with jlfff7, including account registration, deposits, withdrawals, bonus participation, game play, and use of all features and services available on the Platform.

Access to jlfff7 and the creation of a player account is subject to strict eligibility requirements. By registering, you represent and warrant that all of the following conditions are satisfied:

1. You are at least 21 years of age. Under Philippine law and PAGCOR regulations, the minimum age for participating in casino-style gambling is 21 years old. jlfff7 strictly enforces this requirement and will request government-issued identification to verify your age before processing any withdrawal or granting full account access.

3. Account Management

4. Deposits & Payments

jlfff7 accepts deposits from Filipino players via the following approved payment methods: GCash, PayMaya, BPI Online, BDO Online Banking, and Metrobank. All deposits must originate from a payment account registered in your own name. Deposits from third-party accounts are not permitted and may result in account suspension.

Minimum and maximum deposit amounts are displayed on the cashier page of the Platform and may be updated from time to time. All deposits are processed in Philippine Peso (PHP / ₱). Exchange rate conversions, where applicable, will be processed at the prevailing rate at the time of the transaction.

jlfff7 does not charge fees for standard deposits, though your bank or e-wallet provider may apply their own transaction fees, which are your responsibility. jlfff7 is not liable for any delays caused by third-party payment processors, banking system outages, or telecommunications disruptions within the Philippine network infrastructure.

5. Withdrawals

Withdrawal requests may only be submitted to payment accounts registered in your own name and matching the payment method used for your most recent deposit, where applicable. jlfff7 reserves the right to request additional verification documents before processing any withdrawal.

Standard withdrawal processing time is within twenty-four (24) to seventy-two (72) hours following successful KYC verification. Processing times for GCash and PayMaya are typically faster. jlfff7 does not guarantee same-day withdrawals but makes every effort to process requests as quickly as possible for Filipino players.

Bonus funds are subject to separate wagering requirements as described in Section 6. Only funds that have cleared their applicable wagering requirements are eligible for withdrawal. Attempting to withdraw funds subject to active wagering requirements will result in the cancellation of the relevant bonus and associated winnings.

6. Bonuses & Promotions

jlfff7 offers various promotional bonuses, including but not limited to welcome bonuses, reload bonuses, free spins, and cashback offers. All bonuses are subject to specific terms and wagering requirements published at the time of the promotion. By claiming a bonus, you agree to the applicable bonus terms in addition to these general Terms.

Unless otherwise stated, the standard wagering requirement for bonuses at jlfff7 is thirty-five (35) times the combined bonus and deposit amount. Wagering requirements must be fulfilled within the timeframe specified for each promotion. Unused bonuses expire at the end of their promotional period.

• Only one bonus offer may be active at a time unless explicitly stated otherwise.

10. Intellectual Property

You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to access and use the Platform for personal, non-commercial gaming purposes only. You may not reproduce, copy, redistribute, sell, or create derivative works from any jlfff7 content without prior written authorization.

11. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by Philippine law, jlfff7 shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of or inability to use the Platform, including but not limited to losses arising from technical failures, telecommunications disruptions, third-party payment processor delays, or changes in applicable law.

jlfff7's total aggregate liability to any player in connection with any claim arising from the use of the Platform shall not exceed the total amount deposited by that player in the twelve (12) months preceding the claim. This limitation does not apply to liability for fraud, gross negligence, or any other liability that cannot be excluded by law.

12. Termination

jlfff7 reserves the right to suspend or permanently close any player account at its sole discretion, including in cases of suspected fraud, breach of these Terms, regulatory requirements, or business reasons. Where an account is closed for reasons other than a breach of these Terms, any real-money balance (excluding bonus funds) will be returned to the player via their registered payment method.

You may close your jlfff7 account at any time by contacting the live chat support team. Upon closure, any pending bonus balances or incomplete wagering requirements will be forfeited. Real-money balances that have cleared all applicable wagering requirements will be processed for withdrawal in the usual manner.

13. Governing Law & Dispute Resolution

These Terms and any dispute or claim arising out of or in connection with them shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of the Philippines. The Philippine Amusement and Gaming Corporation (PAGCOR) provides the regulatory framework under which jlfff7 operates.

In the event of a dispute between you and jlfff7, you are encouraged to first contact jlfff7 customer support via live chat to seek an amicable resolution. If the dispute cannot be resolved informally, it may be referred to binding arbitration in the Philippines in accordance with applicable rules, or to the relevant Philippine court of competent jurisdiction.

14. Amendments to These Terms

jlfff7 reserves the right to amend, update, or replace these Terms at any time. Material changes will be communicated to registered players via the email address or mobile number on record, and/or through a notice displayed on the Platform at login. The date of the most recent revision is indicated at the top of this document.

Your continued use of the jlfff7 Platform after any amendments have been posted constitutes your acceptance of the updated Terms. If you do not agree with any changes, you must stop using the Platform and contact support to arrange account closure. It is your responsibility to review these Terms periodically and remain informed of any updates.
